Returns Policy
At BIOKOR, we strive to deliver the highest quality perishable goods to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for perishable goods due to tampering and safety concerns.
If you received an incorrect order, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days upon receiving the product and provide your Order Number so we can facilitate your refund. Please note that we will only be able to issue a refund for products in salable condition (unopened and untampered).
All return items are subject to review by our quality control team before a refund or exchange is issued. We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are not returned in their original condition.
